Full-Time Optometrist

Nashville, TN | Ocular Disease, Dry Eye, Specialty Contact Lenses & Myopia Management

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our growing practice in Nashville, Tennessee. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated physician who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and interested in developing their clinical expertise in ocular disease, dry eye management, specialty contact lenses, and myopia management .

While experience in these areas is highly valued, it is not required . We are committed to providing a supportive environment where the right candidate can learn, develop, and expand their clinical skills. Most importantly, we are looking for a physician who is enthusiastic about patient care, eager to learn, and committed to becoming an integral part of our team.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and routine vision care
• Diagnose, manage, and co-manage a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases
• Evaluate and treat dry eye and other ocular surface disorders
• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses
• Develop and implement individualized myopia management plans
• Educate patients regarding their ocular health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate effectively with other doctors and clinical staff
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient-centered care

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a physician who:

• Holds or is eligible for an active Tennessee Optometry license
• Is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized patient care
• Has an interest in ocular disease, dry eye, specialty contact lenses, and myopia management
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well as part of a collaborative team
• Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
• Approaches each patient with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail
