Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established Indian restaurant in Washington seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing staff ensuring high-quality food and service and maintaining a positive customer experience Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant Hire train and supervise staff members Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise Create employee schedules and manage labor costs Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles Salary $1500month negotiable based on experience Location Washington DC USA must be willing to relocate if not already based in the area #J-18808-Ljbffr
