Manufacturing Technician

We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to ensure high-quality output across parts, components, and assemblies.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Load programs, install tooling, and establish work offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
• Identify and escalate quality issues, equipment concerns, or safety risks
• Complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Partner with engineers on process improvements and production support
• Assist with testing, rework, and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Basic understanding of G-code and CNC controls
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
