ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
- Deal poker games accurately and efficiently while following established game procedures.
- Handle chip and cash transactions quickly and correctly.
- Observe or receive wagers and settle outcomes in accordance with poker rules.
- Maintain game integrity and protect company assets at all times.
- Ensure guests understand the rules of the game and adhere to poker room policies.
- Collect rake and promotional funds according to guidelines.
- Serve as chip runner as needed.
- Deal in poker tournaments as assigned.
- Notify Table Games leadership of any irregularities or guest concerns outside your authority.
- Provide guests with game instructions upon request.
- Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of dealer training or previous casino dealing experience required.
- Must be fast and accurate in handling chips and cash.
- Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete an audition demonstrating dealing proficiency.
- Must have strong math skills and the ability to compute outcomes quickly.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
