You'll work hands-on with SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to build and maintain reporting, while learning to use AI-assisted tools to work faster and smarter. This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path as your technical skills develop.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sourcesBuild and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across departmentsSupport data pipelines and workflows within Microsoft FabricPartner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable visualizationsUse AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, documentation, and repetitive analysis tasksMaintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and dashboard logicTroubleshoot data quality issues and flag discrepancies before they reach stakeholdersRequired Qualifications & Technical SkillsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databasesFamiliarity with Power BI (or a comparable BI/visualization tool) and willingness to build deep expertise hereExposure to or interest in Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform conceptsComfort working in VS Code or a similar code editorInterest in using AI tools to build workflows, along with a basic understanding of concepts like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Skills (or eagerness to learn them quickly)Strong foundational analytical skills: data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and translating numbers into a clear narrativeSoft Skills & TraitsClear communicator who can translate technical findings into plain language for non-technical stakeholdersCurious and self-directed.
