Compensation Work Schedule:

• Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000 – $95,000
• Average Hours: ~55 hours per week (more if desired)
• Pay Frequency: Paid weekly

• Home Time: o In-State: Weekly home time o Out of State: Bi-weekly home time o Flexibility needed for weather, traffic, and unexpected delays Responsibilities Freight • Safely transport open deck freight including machinery, steel plate, steel bar, lumber, and various building materials. • Operate diverse open deck trailers including Flatbeds, Stepdecks, Conestogas, Double Drops, Extendables, and Specialty Trailers. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure load safety and compliance.
