Marketing Automation & Demand Generation (Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide maternity leave coverage and support the execution of demand generation campaigns and customer communications. This role will manage end-to-end campaign execution across email marketing and digital engagement platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and effective campaign delivery.

This individual will play a key role in keeping campaigns, webinars, and product launches running smoothly while maintaining strong coordination across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution
• Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to define campaign strategy, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment throughout execution.
• Own webinar marketing execution, including invitation strategy, reminder cadence, follow-up communications, and on-demand content distribution.
• Ensure all campaigns meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization recommendations.

Digital Engagement & Customer Communications
• Build and launch customer-facing messages, announcements, feature highlights, and user guidance within digital platforms.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align messaging with product releases and customer communications.
• Coordinate deployments across environments, ensuring approvals, readiness, and seamless execution.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting campaign performance or customer experience and recommend solutions.
• Support tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization of engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
• Experience with digital customer engagement or in-product messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with webinar marketing programs and campaign workflows.
