Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Real Estate Title
- Must be Licensed by State of Florida or willing to get license
- Must be a Notary for the State of Florida or willing to become one
- Qualia software knowledge a plus
- Hard worker/Team Player
Responsibilities:
- Clearing Title
- Preparation of Closing Documents
- Conduct Closing
- Funding/Balance file/Cut checks/Initiate Wires
