This is a unique opportunity for a lateral associate who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team while working on sophisticated corporate transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related corporate documents. Collaborate with partners and clients to manage complex transactions from inception to closing. Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate matters and client objectives. Maintain exceptional client service and contribute to the team’s strategic growth. Qualifications: 1–4 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting. Member of the Washington, DC Bar or eligible for admission. Strong academic background with proven writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
