This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This role requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission incentives for partner conversions.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
• Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years in an outbound sales role, preferably door to door.
• Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
• Sales, account management, and customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in field sales is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills for field applicants.
• Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

This position involves working in the field four days a week with one day from home. You will be supporting near the St. Cloud/St. Paul region. The role offers uncapped commission with payments for partner applications and launches, a mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense. The role has the potential for an extension of up to two years, offering the chance to build partnerships in your local community.

This is a Contract position based out of St. Cloud, MN.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in St. Cloud,MN.
