Position Title: Robotic Welder - 2nd Shift Wage: $22.28 - $30.77/hour (Based on Experience) Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm - 1:30am (Monday - Thursday, Overtime as Needed on Friday) A leading manufacturer of metal fabrications and complex assemblies is seeking a Robotic Welder to join their 2nd shift team in Mayville, WI. This role is responsible for operating robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate robotic welding machines Load and unload parts from fixtures Monitor weld quality and perform basic inspections Make minor adjustments to programs and fixtures as needed Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issuesli> Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Work from blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules Qualifications Previous robotic welding or manufacturing experience preferred Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG/TIG) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Mechanically inclined with attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Team player with a strong work ethic We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
