Facility Type: Service and operations center supporting member services, onboarding, scheduling, and administrative/clinical coordination. This is not an inpatient hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Location: Portland, OR

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM

Pay Rate: $31/hr

• Travel with Housing: $18/hr
• Travel without Housing: $17/hr taxable + $680/week non-taxable stipend ($1,360/week based on 40 hours

Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new Kaiser Permanente members.
• Complete and review new member onboarding questionnaires.
• Support scheduling of Primary Care Provider appointments.
• Assist with paneling members to an assigned PCP.
• Transfer or route members to appropriate departments, including dental, specialty care, or other services as needed.
• Provide basic nursing support within LVN/LPN scope of practice.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members, providers, and internal departments.
• Accurately document member information and care coordination details in the EMR system.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and Kaiser Permanente policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department or facility.

Qualifications:

• Active CA LVN license
• Resume must be current and include all employment gaps explained
• Must include at least 7 years work history (or full work history if less)
• Each role must include title, unit/department, facility name, city/state, dates
• Include FT/PT status and hours worked
• EMR/EPIC experience must be documented
• Include month/year of graduation
