Duties
Plans, assigns, and directs the work of subordinate supervisors and a multi-tiered dental workforce, establishing priorities and ensuring accomplishment of program objectives and patient care requirements.
Evaluates employee and supervisory performance, establishes performance expectations, provides feedback
Plans, organizes, and administers the comprehensive dental health services program
Performs the full range of complex and advanced general dental procedures, including diagnosis and treatment of difficult cases involving severe oral disease, medically and mentally compromised patients, and serious genetic or systemic conditions, applying the latest techniques to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
