This role requires significant cross-functional partnership that brings senior leaders together to solve complex problems (e.g., HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, etc.).Organizational curiosity that promotes creditability and trust with the people function.A disciplined project manager mindset to balance multiple priorities and executional deliverables.Ability to analyse data and design proactive mitigation strategies that are scalable and actionable.Expertise in labor and employee relations.Join us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock global opportunities.
