Job Overview
We are hiring Production Operators to work in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The job involves operating equipment, handling materials, monitoring production, and following safety and cleanroom procedures. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts .
Pay
- Day Shift: $20.00/hour
- Night Shift: $23.00/hour
Schedule:
The schedule alternates between 3-day and 4-day workweeks . The 4-day week includes overtime.
Day Shifts – 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday
- C Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday
Night Shifts – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- B Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Saturday
- D Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + every other Saturday
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow cleanroom, safety, and production procedures
- Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Help identify and resolve production issues
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Assist with training other employees as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide a photocopy of a high school diploma or GED as proof of education.
- Pass a background check, drug test, and physical
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Able to wear a full cleanroom suit
- Able to repeatedly lift 5–8 lbs
- Able to work consecutive 12-hour shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
