Packaging Lab Technician

Job Title: Packaging Lab Technicican Location: Princeton, NJ Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) Pay: $20-30 per hour Type: Contract with potential to extend to a maximum of 1 year Responsibilities Follow test methods and procedures. Use measurements of various products and components. Record data into lab notebook and into excel. Use software to run and operate and communicate information to cross-functional teams. Manage tasks and objective priorities, work independently, to help qualify new packaging components. Requirements Proficient in Excel, and Technical measurements. Capable of learning basic software and running computer based lab testing equipment. Good communication skills to communicate with Engineers and cross-function groups & suppliers. Able to work independently and manage project priorities. Capable of lifting 50-lb packages for package testing. Good mechanical skills, and knowledge of the scientific method.
