Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as an Occupational Therapist in the Pittsburgh area. This full-time role runs through December and offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference within local schools, working directly with students who benefit from specialized OT services.

You’ll provide hands-on therapy, develop and implement support plans, and collaborate closely with teachers and staff across a variety of elementary settings—including general classrooms, life skills rooms, and autism support. As a valued team member, your expertise will strengthen inclusion and student independence during regular school hours.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience highly desired
• Familiarity with IEP/504 processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Comfortable working with students in life skill, autism, or related special education settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary students, addressing varying needs
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions focused on student success and independence
• Develop and maintain individualized support plans and documentation in line with school requirements
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support consistent student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Provide onsite support, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
