Estimator - Precast Concrete Location : Marlborough, MA (On-site) Salary: $60,000/year Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role. Opportunities for advancement within the company are available. Responsibilities Track projects for bidding and obtain bid documents Review drawings, specs, and contract documents Prepare labor and material estimates Develop detailed bid proposals and scope Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production, field operations) Communicate with subcontractors and vendors Review estimates with supervisor before submission Document all internal and external communications Support contract negotiations and secure signed agreements Requirements Minimum 2-year degree Preferred bachelor's degree in construction, Architecture, or Structural Engineering Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of architectural and structural concepts Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project Experience with AutoCAD or BIM is a plus Strong organizational skills Reliable transportation for regional travel, including Connecticut Preferred Skills Knowledge of large commercial construction methods Ability to prepare conceptual budgets Experience with forecasting and reporting Familiarity with precast bridge construction Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance program All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
