Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking mission-driven family medicine physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to diverse and underserved patient populations. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Hawthorne, CA
- No nights or on-call responsibilities
Patient & Practice Details
- Outpatient-only setting
- Average patient volume: 20-24 patients per day
- Diverse patient population across all age groups
- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Annual visit volume across clinics exceeds 180,000
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, health education, and wellness services
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in family medicine
- Candidates currently completing residency are welcome to apply
- Ability to see patients across the lifespan
- Strong commitment to serving underserved communities
