Job Title: Machine Operator - Additive Manufacturing

Job Description

Join an innovative team in the 3D printing area where you will operate several 3D printers to create metal parts. This role involves loading machines with metal powder and using a computerized control panel to ensure proper machine functionality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor several 3D printers to produce metal parts.
• Load machines with metal powder and manage the computerized control panel.
• Ensure the machine functions properly through regular checks.
• Document production processes and communicate effectively with the team.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of recent consistent work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1+ year of machine operating experience.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Ability to wear a respirator when needed.
• High School Diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CNC or computerized machines is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled environment from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. You will be part of a small team of 3 to 5 individuals within a 5000 sq/ft space. Dress code includes jeans, steel-toed shoes, and a t-shirt.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sparta, WI.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
