Worker's Compensation Associate

The attorney will represent clients in insurance defense matters, handle courtroom hearings, and argue cases before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. This role offers the opportunity to manage an independent caseload while collaborating with experienced legal professionals in a supportive and collegial environment.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of New York Workers' Compensation Law, courtroom experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective legal strategies.
