Role Description The Licensed Psychologist will provide direct clinical services to individuals served by Liberation Healthcare LLC, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, delivering evidence‑based counseling and psychotherapy, monitoring mental health progress, and documenting services in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare partners and internal teams to support integrated care, participating in case consultations, and contributing to compliance with safety, privacy, and professional practice guidelines. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Beltsville, MD, requiring consistent presence to support clients and interdisciplinary coordination. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse populations. Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning. Understanding of Medicine as it relates to behavioral health, including psychopharmacology awareness and collaboration with medical providers. Current, unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of Maryland (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe). Experience providing evidence‑based therapies in outpatient or community‑based settings, preferably with medically underserved groups. Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant ethical and professional practice standards within healthcare environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear clinical documentation and collaborative communication with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work on‑site full time in Beltsville, MD, with strong organizational skills, reliability, and professional conduct. Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
