About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive Client Success Coordinator to support our clients and help ensure they have a positive, seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

The Client Success Coordinator will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate requests, monitor client needs, maintain accurate records, and help resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and finding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client questions and requests.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing client communications.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate client needs and requests with internal departments and team members.
• Track client issues, follow-ups, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways and next steps.
• Maintain accurate client information, notes, and activity within CRM and other internal systems.
• Follow up proactively with clients to ensure requests have been completed and expectations are being met.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, account updates, and other client-facing materials.
• Escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Gather client feedback and communicate recurring themes or opportunities to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, support, and other teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Contribute to client retention and satisfaction initiatives.

  Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client success, customer service, account coordination, administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through email, phone, video calls, and other channels.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or similar business tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience in a client-facing or account-management environment.
• Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and retention strategies.
