Synergy Care is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full‑time float position serving multiple senior living communities in the Lafayette, Abbeville, and New Iberia areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Position Overview As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities and maintain independence. You’ll assist with implementing treatment plans designed to enhance physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
