About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor and maintain patient records, and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.
