About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LVN Staff Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to our residents

• Lead and support CNAs on your unit

• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in condition

• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team

• Ensure quality, compliance, and compassionate care delivery

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active RN or LVN license (Texas)

• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork mindset

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

• Experience in LTC/SNF preferred – but not required
