Job Description BCBA – Colorado Springs, CO Are you a BCBA that has a passion for serving those with a disability? Are you a new BCBA, looking for your next step? Responsibilities Oversee a caseload of 8‑10 kids in a center-based setting Hybrid role – 2 days a week work from home, 3 days a week in the center Manage and train RBTs Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines including speech and occupational therapy Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB‑Mapp preferred Qualifications Required BCBA or BCBA‑D New BCBAs encouraged to apply Compensation $80,000 – 85,000 + up to $20,000 in bonuses Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Robust PTO package Relocation assistance provided Paid CEU allowance How to Apply Submit resume Zoom call to discuss the position and your background First interview with the hiring manager #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
