LPN - MedSurg

Registered Nurse - Medical/Renal Unit

Location: San Antonio, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 1900-0700

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate care interventions.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Provide wound care and manage drainage devices.
• Conduct blood product administration.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN License.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1 year of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Meditech software is a plus.
