Hotel Night Auditor

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to provide exceptional service during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your attention to detail and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes. Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using Fosse and Power of M or similar hotel management software to ensure accuracy of billing and reservations. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between day and night staff. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special amenities, or troubleshooting issues related to accommodations or services. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards while managing front desk operations during overnight hours. Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Fosse and Power of M or similar platforms. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Previous experience working in hospitality environments that require attention to detail and multitasking skills is preferred. Availability to work overnight shifts is required, and previous experience working this shift is preferred. Compensation: $17 hourly
