Your role as a Team Member is to feed people's lives with Más. You'll feed customers with great-tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! You're a representation of the brand in everything you do.

Looking for a schedule that works?

We’re currently looking for Team Members with evening and closing availability to help us serve our guests through the dinner rush and keep our restaurant running strong through the end of the day. Exact shifts vary by restaurant, with scheduling options based on each location's needs.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Food Champion  

• Prepare food ingredients 
• Assemble food orders and check to make sure orders are correct 
• Package products 
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment 
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions 
•  

Service Champion  

• Greet customers in the restaurant 
• Take orders 
• Handle payments and thank customers 
• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment 
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions 
•
