Job Title Warehouse Associate Location Dodge Center, MN Compensation $20.00-$21.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule Day Shift | Monday-Friday Job Type Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associate workers for a warehouse and distribution company in Dodge Center, MN. In this role, you'll help support daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and assist with assigning work based on production schedules and customer demand Support shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and work order completion Train team members on warehouse equipment, software systems, and operational processes as needed Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks Communicate order changes, inventory concerns, and scheduling updates to ensure customer expectations are met Identify operational bottlenecks and provide hands‑on support where needed Follow and promote all quality, safety, and warehouse procedures What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8‑10 hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software systems Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English Reliable transportation to the Dodge Center area Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and/or drug screen, if required Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp‑to‑hire opportunities for long‑term stability where applicable.
