Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Colorado
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,140 - $2,323 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
