Currently seeking Customer Service Agents to: Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all Customers; Provide legendary Customer service to people desiring to travel or using cargo or baggage service; Handle ticketing and check-in' Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers and coupons as forms of payment for tickets; Compute charges, make change and balance daily transactions; Deal with mishandled Customers as a result of oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.
