We are currently looking for a full and part time reliable individuals to fill a dealership administrator/receptionist role (days/evenings/Saturday) at our Bloomington Auto Dealership. You would be providing support to the Sale and Service Department as well as interfacing with customers on a regular basis. Contact manager when appropriate Answer all phone calls promptly and route calls to appropriate parties. Messages will be taken when necessary Assist in other administrative duties including sorting and filing Attend all department and staff meetings Other duties as assigned.
