Senior Recruiter - Financial Advisors (RIA / Wealth Management)

Job Description Seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the firm’s continued growth by identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier financial advisor talent. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing advisors who service high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and who align with Beacon Pointe’s fiduciary, client-first philosophy. This role requires deep knowledge of the wealth management landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to engaging passive candidates within the private wealth space. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and advisory teams Proactively source and build pipelines of candidates Conduct targeted outreach to engage high-performing advisors and teams Develop and maintain relationships with advisors servicing HNW and UHNW client segments Partner with leadership to understand growth strategy, target markets, and ideal advisor profiles Qualify candidates based on AUM, client composition, production, and cultural fit Manage confidential searches and ensure a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics Stay informed on industry trends, competitor firms, and advisor movement across the wealth management landscape We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
