Director OF Accounting
Flextronics
Flex is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Accounting to lead head-office and payroll accounting, own the month-end close, and drive SOX compliance for a large, global manufacturer. This role is based in Austin, Texas and supports SpinCo during its planned spin. You will partner with the Audit Committee, external auditors, tax, legal, and FP&A, oversee external audits, develop the Corporate & Payroll teams, and support M&A activity and corporate reorganizations with clear, compliant financial #J-18808-Ljbffr
