Details Med/Surg Tele unit in a hospital setting Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am Weekend rotation required, either Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon 13-week assignment length Requirements Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration Current AHA certifications required: BLS and ACLS NIHSS certification preferred Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, preferably within the last 3 years One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Negative background check required, with no open cases accepted No hits on professional license accepted Additional Information Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to pass COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Expected to work every other holiday Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date Travelers may only apply to one position at a time within this health system First-time travelers are not considered for this position American Traveler Job ID P-749858.
