We are seeking a personable and energetic Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! We are a growing, independently owned Podiatry office. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, including assisting during minor in-office medical procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms to prepare for the doctor's visit
- Document basic medical history
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical procedures standards
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
- Proficiency in patient management software and electronic health records
We currently staff 4 doctors to provide exceptional foot care to all ages. We are growing in size and leading the area in cutting edge technology to provide the best possible care for our patients.
