We are seeking a personable and energetic Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! We are a growing, independently owned Podiatry office. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, including assisting during minor in-office medical procedures
  • Escort patients to exam rooms to prepare for the doctor's visit
  • Document basic medical history
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

​ Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
  • Familiarity with medical procedures standards
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Social perceptiveness and service orientation
  • Proficiency in patient management software and electronic health records
