Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships (New York)

Rocket Travel by Agoda, a travel technology company founded in 2012, is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead regional partnership initiatives and drive growth of our loyalty program ecosystem. Responsibilities Own and grow regional partnerships with white‑label loyalty program partners, leading a team and setting strategic direction. Analyze data at macro and micro levels to identify trends and unlock new growth opportunities. Establish partner and team KPIs, report progress, and advise on areas needing improvement. Negotiate commercial terms, lead contract reviews, and work with legal teams to finalize agreements. Collaborate with product and engineering to define, deliver, and launch product features and enhancements. Partner with Booking Holdings leadership to advance strategic partnerships through innovation. Serve as a manager, mentor, and leader, guiding direct reports and communicating partnership strategy across the organization. Drive creative growth initiatives across product verticals and act as a subject‑matter expert on the global travel industry. Manage project deadlines, balancing short‑turnaround tasks with longer engagements. Maintain a resourceful, lean‑team mindset, taking initiative on loosely defined projects and delivering results. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B2C partner‑management or travel. Proven leadership experience, including team motivation and growth. Outcome‑driven with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Strong presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, including experience engaging C‑suite executives. Customer‑centric mindset, focused on solving pain points for travelers, partners, or internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; SQL knowledge is a plus. Strategic negotiation skills, capable of balancing trade‑offs to secure mutually beneficial deals. Solid knowledge of technology and product development, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences. Growth mindset with a willingness to seek and act on feedback.
