Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $185,000 to $225,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and accounting functions by aligning financial priorities with business objectives and growth initiatives.

• Oversee financial reporting close processes and accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Direct cash management forecasting and capital planning activities to support operational and investment decisions.

• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities and provide financial guidance on key initiatives.

• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency scalability and overall financial performance.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in accounting finance business administration or a related field.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards financial reporting and corporate finance practices.

• Possess experience managing financial planning budgeting forecasting and treasury related activities.

• Communicate effectively with executive leadership while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Build and mentor high performing teams while fostering accountability collaboration and professional growth.

• Analyze complex financial information and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy across reporting controls and financial operations.

• Establish scalable processes and strengthen internal controls to support continued organizational growth.

• Bring professional certification public accounting experience or investment related accounting expertise considered beneficial.
