Production Team Member - Day Shift

Full-Time

Shift: Days

Job Summary: Under direct supervision of the Production Supervisors, assembles filters, filter elements and various components of the filters either partially or completely, working on a production line or on the shop floor by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures
• Understand and comply with all Attendance Policies
• Understand and comply with all Dress Code Policies
• Operators are responsible for the quality of their own work
• Operators are responsible for communicating to their supervisor about any issue
• Operators are responsible for recording and reporting scrap accurately
• Operators are responsible for keeping pace in all work areas
• Operators are responsible for learning and understanding safety, quality, cost metrics (SQDC) and how it affects the company
• Operators are responsible for paying close attention to detail
• Operators must be able to adapt to change and rotate to different sections of the facility based off demand

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform operations using units of measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions (control plan documents)
• Ability to troubleshot and problem solve
• Ability to adapt to change

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift or move 50lbs
• Ability to have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and to adjust focus (Corrective lens are allowed)
• Ability to withstand loud noise levels
• Ability to withstand fumes or airborne particles occasionally

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-month related experience
