Full-Time PBX - Telephone Operator

Because we are looking for a Part-Time PBX/Telephone Operator! What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for answering incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Columbus and must have good typing skills, a positive attitude and excellent phone demeanor Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations Must work well handling a high volume of calls and the ability to multi-task Comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel and surrounding area Other duties may include assisting the Front Desk and/or Reservations when needed, cross-training is provided for front desk agent role Demonstrates Hyatt Values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity and Fun Your EXPERIENCE: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Unafraid of customer service related tasks and responsibilities Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to multi-task Proficient in basic computer skills Strong customer service orientation and customer service recovery skills An entry to the Hyatt Family, a place where we care for people so they can be their best What will you get from US?
