This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services, setting an example in performance and professionalism for other staff members.Note: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the SALE of employee benefits to organizations.This is a full-time, onsite role. You may find the office nearest you by visiting compensation may be available for well-qualified candidates.Responsibilities:Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with the utmost professionalism and timelinessAnswer client's questions regarding payments and notices.Process endorsements for clients.Manage a diverse book of house accounts.Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.Support designated staff.Review and respond to renewal activities.Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer.Qualifications:Licensed – Current license requiredMulti-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. Our ideal candidate will want to take the ball, and run with it!Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks.Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly.
