Overview Key Rehab is looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team in the Red Oak, IA area in a SNF setting. The salary range for the role is $95,000-$115,000. Supervise PTAs within the facilities. Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule that can reduce the need for childcare at home. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program. Active PT license in the state of practice. Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations. Preferred qualifications: Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility and team collaboration. Exceptional communication skills. Experience with geriatric patients. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
