Weekend Assistant Machine Operator - Sign on Bonus

$21 - $25 per hour

Assistant Machine Operator

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250. Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Starting pay $21-25/ hour Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
Participate in training and support team development.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts Friday - Sunday 5AM 5PM OR 5PM 5AM
