Product Manager, Nitrate Express

Lead the growth platform campaign management roadmap to streamline campaign creation and optimization enabling YouTube teams to launch campaigns at scale Partner with engineering, UX, and marketing to define the most vital critical user journey (CUJs), and build features that accelerate campaign launch velocity and experimentation.Work closely with the entire growth platform team and vertical growth PMs to ensure tooling supports a myriad of growth use cases across the platform.Execute the roadmap for measuring campaign outcomes and educate users on best practices for campaign success.Explore how generative AI can be leveraged to reimagine campaign ideation and iteration within the growth ecosystem.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in consumer product management.2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver platform features with data-driven prioritization.Experience building or managing internal-facing platforms, campaign management tools, experimentation systems, or enterprise applications.Experience automating manual workflows.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.Experience launching UI features.Experience migrating internal users to a next generation product solution.Experience balancing growth and efficiency within a consumer or platform environment.Familiarity with campaign planning, creation, and measurement methodologies.Familiarity with evolving from rule-based to ML-driven decisions.At Google, we put our users first.
