The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact HR platform, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning. This role demands a visionary leader who can strengthen the company's market presence as an employer of choice, and who is adept at implementing frameworks for performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. The Head of HR will also be tasked with introducing scalable HR processes, policies, and technologies, and must be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
