We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with daily operations and administrative functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in employee relations, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, employee engagement, and general HR support within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Support HR administrative tasks and data entry
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and compliance initiatives
• Provide support with employee communications and documentation
• Help answer general employee questions and direct them appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
• Interest in Human Resources and employee experience
