Telecom Construction Coordinator

Telecom Construction Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Rate: $41–$43/hr Contract Will be completing construction quality audits in the field 80% of the time, 20% office PC work. Responsibilities Supplier Note: Both coax and fiber, construction experience a must. Wide range of inspections on nodes, amplifiers, power supplies, fiber taps, enclosures, etc., but not limited to. Day-to-day responsibility for assigned audits (could be one or multiple locations); no day will be the same. Complete audits and documentation, verify and review audit rework repairs and tasks to be completed in a timely manner, and perform some computer and Smartsheet work each day. Scope of Project Manage & Track Milestones Create jobs in JT/Polaris Issue jobs to design Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris Handle exceptions to the lifecycle SLAs Reconcile jobs (office) Liaise with Stakeholders Point of contact for all internal Comcast cross‑functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales Provide reporting for next level management Identify Resources Create and approve funding request Material management and reconciliation Research contracts and agreements Manage funding request/purchase order Responsible for job estimate (finance) Manage and Analyze Quality Control Flow Manage quality control workflow Validate that the field quality control is performed Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed Conduct Admin and Milestone Quality Control Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages) Validate permit is closed Final invoice milestone is set Ensure all milestones are updated Close jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
