Senior Associate, State & Local Tax

Key Responsibilities Assist clients with state and local tax planning and compliance. Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation. Research and analyze tax laws and regulations relevant to clients. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in State and Local Tax (SALT) or related tax roles. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of state and local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to deliver innovative tax services to clients in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations relevant to state and local taxes. Experience working with clients to maximize tax opportunities and ensure compliance. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Willingness to adapt to flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid work environments.
